2003: Moved to the US at 19. Along with mother who has a hearing disability. We ran out of money in just 3 months.

2004: Earned a full scholarship to one of the world’s top universities. My life changed forever.

I didn’t start out with much. At one point, I was juggling part-time jobs at a department store and as a mall janitor, wiping away tears on bus rides home but determined to push forward.

That determination paid off. Boston University awarded me a full-ride merit scholarship ($200K value).

From there, I jumped in with both feet: Co-founding the Bangladeshi Students Association, becoming VP of BU’s biggest club (the India Club, despite not being Indian) and even hosting events at Fenway Park.

Accenture recruited me as one of only five interns during my junior year, which led to 12 years of Consulting for Fortune 100 clients as a true “Road Warrior.”

That’s also where I discovered the crazy world of Miles & Points. FlyerTalk and The Points Guy became my late-night reading. F

rom 2009–2019, I turned points into 18 country stamps, with business class flights and five-star resorts quickly becoming my new normal.

Then 2020 rolled around (hello, COVID). I left Accenture, joined Johnson Controls remotely, and suddenly the steady stream of miles dried up.

So I pivoted: credit card welcome offers, transfer bonuses, Seats.Aero. Those became my new best friends.

The result? In the past 2 years, I saved over $50,000 on travel and visited 11 more countries.

These days, I’m the “go-to travel concierge” in my circle, helping friends and colleagues unlock unforgettable trips with Miles & Points.
